Q. What time is check-in/checkout?
Check-in starts at 2 p.m. and checkout ends at 12 p.m. Some plans, however, have specific check-in/checkout times, which are stated in the plan guide. You can also leave your luggage at the Bell Captain Desk before checking in.
Q. What is the nearest station?
Shinagawa Station, one of the major terminal stations in Tokyo, is the closest station. Shinagawa Station of Japan Railway is a station on the Tokaido Shinkansen Line, Tokaido Line, Yokosuka Line (Narita Express), Yamanote Line (Tokyo Loop Line) and Keihin Tohoku Line, and that of Keikyu (Keihin Electric Express Railway) is 14 minutes to Haneda Airport Station by Limited Express and very convenient. Also, the Keikyu Line has direct connections to the Tokyo Subway Asakusa Line, Keisei Line, and Hokuso Kodan Line.
Q. How do I get to the hotel from Shinagawa Station?
Use Takanawa-guchi exit of Shinagawa Station, and you will see the hotel on the right.

Wing Takanawa East -> crosswalk on the Daiichi Keihin national route -> Wing Takanawa West ->
crosswalk on the Zakuro-zaka hill road -> hotel slope (there is a sign) -> hotel entrance (2nd floor) ->
go up to the 3rd floor via escalator on your right just after the entrance -> hotel front desk.
It may seem complicated, but it is easier than you might expect. Please refer to the map on the right.
Q. Can you give me details about the parking lots?
There are parking lots with a capacity of about 400 vehicles in the hotel basements (1st to 3rd basement). The height restriction for the basement parking lots is 2.10 m. No reservations are accepted. There are two entrance routes to the hotel. Please refer to the map above. Free-of-charge stamps will be provided for hotel guests and a discount ticket will be offered for guests of the banquet room, restaurant, or bar. For a vehicle taller than 2.10 m, we offer parking in the hotel compound (outside).
In order to direct you to the parking space, we will ask for your vehicle make, color, and license number, as well as your arrival time when you make the reservation.
Q. Is there a shuttle service to Tokyo Disney Resort?
We have a courtesy shuttle service to Tokyo Disney Resort and Tokyo Disney Sea, the Good Neighbor Hotel Shuttle. The time required is about 45 minutes, although it may take longer depending on the traffic.

Q. Can I have information about the shuttle bus from Shinagawa to Odaiba?
We have a courtesy shuttle bus from HOTEL PACIFIC TOKYO in Shinagawa to HOTEL GRAND PACIFIC LE DAIBA in Odaiba. The time required is about 20-30 minutes, although it may take longer depending on the traffic.

Q. Can I share a bed with my child?
You can share a bed with a child younger than elementary school age free of charge. You can also use a baby bed free of charge; however, a baby bed is not available for a child who can pull himself/herself up regardless of age, because there is a risk of falling. Baby beds cannot be used in double, triple, suite, or the Pacific Floor rooms due to space limitations.

Q. When is the room number assigned?
Your room number will be assigned upon arrival. If you have any requests about the room, please talk to Room Reservations at (81)(3) 3445 1451.
Q. When do I pay the accommodation charge?
At the time of check-in, we request a deposit, which is higher than the accommodation charge (about 150%) in the case of cash payment, and make a photocopy of your credit card in the case of credit card payment.
Q. What credit cards are accepted?
We accept VISA, JCB, American Express, Diner's Club, UC, DC, NICOS, Bank Card, UFJ Card, Master Card, Saison, CF, ORICO, JTB, Takashimaya, JAL, and other credit cards.
Q. What are your cancellation fees?
You may be charged of a cancellation fee as follows.
- One day before the day of arrival: 20% of the accommodation charge
- On the day of arrival: 80% of the accommodation charge
- No-show: 100% of the accommodation charge
Q. Can I have a meal in the room?
We have a variety of menus from Western dishes and other meals to wine, champagne, and desserts.
Please choose your order from the menu for each timeframe and order by phone.

so we provide you with amenities that produce less garbage and do not generate toxic gas.
Please note that the amenities are exceptionally simple for those of a city hotel in Tokyo.
Q. Tell me about the room cleaning.
Rooms are cleaned between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Q. Is the tap water in your guest rooms potable?
Tap water is public drinking water, so you can drink it.
Q. Do the room windows open?
They do not because the hotel is a high-rise building. The rooms are ventilated with temperature-modulated fresh external air that circulates throughout the room. That's why there is blowing air even when the air conditioner is turned off.
Q. Can I do the laundry during my stay?
We have a laundry service (charged). The 9:30 a.m. laundry pickup is delivered back to you by 4:30 p.m. on the same day. Similarly, the 2 p.m. laundry pickup will be delivered back to you by 9:30 p.m. on the same day. There are other services for an extra cost including overnight service where the laundry we pick up by 11 p.m. will be delivered back to you by 6 a.m. the next morning, and quick service. Q. Are there convenience stores and restaurants near the hotel?
There is a convenience store, Seikatsu Saika, in the arcade on the 2nd floor of the hotel. There are also many restaurants near Shinagawa Station.
Q. What is your breakfast?
Breakfast is offered at the following two restaurants.
- Western-style buffet at Piccolo Mondo at the Garden: 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.
- Japanese set meal at Oshima: 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
(Depending on the circumstances, there may be times when only one restaurant is available or other restaurants are used.) Breakfast charge for each restaurant is 2,550 yen per person (adult) including the service charge and tax.

- Western-style buffet at Piccolo Mondo at the Garden: 1,270 yen (including the service charge and tax) for children from 4 to 12, and free of charge for those 3 or under.
- Japanese set meal at Oshima: 1,500 yen (including the service charge and tax) for children 12 or under ordering a child's meal. Children 3 or under are also charged because it is a set meal.
If you prefer room service, an American Breakfast is available for 2,700 yen (including the service charge and tax) from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m.
If you order by 12 a.m., you can designate the time to be served within the breakfast timeframe.
* Only Piccolo Mondo at the Garden or Oshima is available for those who have chosen a plan with breakfast. (Depending on the circumstances, there may times when only one restaurant is available or other restaurants are used.)
Q. What is your high-speed Internet environment?
VDSL connection is available (free of charge) in some rooms.
